Project summary
Centralised management platform for a packaging company: customers, suppliers, invoicing, payments, cash, cheques, raw-material stock, employees and reporting in one system.
An industrial setting with many information flows
A packaging company runs customers, suppliers, raw materials, payments and teams in parallel. Each flow has its own rhythm, and the information linking them easily moves outside the intended tools.
The company needed a more structured system for its commercial, financial, administrative and operational activities, with a reliable overall view instead of a collection of files.
The operational challenges
Important commercial, financial and administrative information was handled through different processes and tools, which complicated operational visibility and administrative coordination.
Analysis and proposed solution
- 01
Analysis of how the company works to find where commercial, financial and administrative information was scattered.
- 02
Design of a centralised management platform covering customers, suppliers, invoicing, payment tracking, customer balances, supplier debts, cash operations, cheques, stock and raw materials, and employees.
- 03
A central reporting dashboard giving managers an overall view.
Operational improvements made possible
Centralised view
Commercial, financial and administrative operations can be consulted from one system.
Financial tracking
Customer balances, supplier debts, cash and cheques are tracked in the same place.
Materials and stock
Stock and raw materials share data with purchasing and invoicing.
Steering
A central dashboard helps managers follow activity without cross-checking several files.
About the illustrations and outcomes
No savings, yield or return-on-investment figure is claimed: the client and its data remain confidential. The interfaces shown are illustrations with fictional data, not screenshots of the real system.
What this project shows
The value of a management system starts with the quality of the analysis: until commercial, financial and administrative flows are mapped, software risks reproducing the existing disorder.
A centralised view does not remove the trades. It gives each department the same reference data, which makes coordination and steering easier.

Does your company have similar needs?
If customers, payments, stock and teams are managed in separate tools, a 15-minute diagnostic helps you see whether a centralised system makes sense, or whether existing software is enough.
