Which processes can be automated?

Do we need to change our current tools?
No, in most cases. We connect the tools your teams already use. We only recommend a change when a tool offers no usable way to connect, or when replacing it costs less than working around it.
How long does it take to set up an automation?

Do you use n8n, Zapier or Make?
Mainly n8n, which we can host on your own infrastructure: your data stays with you and cost does not follow volume. Zapier and Make remain useful for simple, occasional needs.
Will our teams need to learn a new tool?
No. A successful automation is invisible: your teams keep working in their usual tools, simply without the manual steps that slowed them down. We train an internal owner if you want to make adjustments yourself.
