Data we collect
We collect only what we need to reply to you and to understand how the site is used.
- Contact and audit forms: name, WhatsApp number, email address, a link to your site or social profiles, and the message you send us.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type, via Google Analytics.
- Advertising data: interactions with our ads, via the Meta pixel and its conversions API.
- Technical logs: IP address and timestamp, retained by our host for security purposes.
Why we use it
Every piece of data serves a specific purpose:
- To get back to you after an audit or quotation request.
- To prepare a commercial proposal suited to your business.
- To measure site audience and improve content.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
Legal basis and consent
Form data is processed on the basis of your explicit request: you write to us, we reply. Audience-measurement and advertising data rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not use your contact details for unsolicited prospecting without your agreement.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible to a limited set of technical providers, solely to operate the site and our tools:
- Vercel — site hosting and technical logs.
- Google (Analytics) — audience measurement.
- Meta (pixel and conversions API) — advertising measurement.
- Google Sheets — receiving and tracking form submissions.
Transfers outside Morocco
Our technical providers are established outside Morocco, mainly in the United States and Europe. Your data may therefore be processed outside Moroccan territory. We select providers that apply recognised security safeguards.
Retention
Commercial enquiries are kept for three years from the last exchange, so an interrupted conversation can be resumed. Audience data is retained per Google Analytics settings, for a maximum of fourteen months.
If you ask us to delete your data, we do so promptly unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
Under Morocco's law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion.
To exercise them, write to contact@nextdigits.ma. We respond within thirty days. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to form data is restricted to the people who need it to reply to you. We store no payment data on this site.
Changes
This policy may change if our tools or processing change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page (16 August 2026).
